Right of withdrawal Rücktrittsrecht
Verifone Payments B.V. dba 2Checkout or any of its affiliates ("2Checkout") act as authorized resellers for vendors (each a "Vendor") that provide a variety of digital goods and services (the "Products").
Your use of the Products is subject to the specific terms and conditions provided by the relevant Vendor and 2Checkout provided at the time of purchase or otherwise, which collectively form your agreement with 2Checkout (the "Agreement").
If you are a "Consumer" (a person who enters into a legal transaction, including the Agreement, for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession), and are a resident of the European Economic Agreement, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the following "Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdraw" form, unless the exception described below applies. Where a Product is provided on a subscription basis, you shall also be entitled to withdraw within 14 days of (i) if applicable, the date of expiry of any initial trial period (meaning any initial free or discounted period of the subscription); and (ii) if the subscription renews for a period of 12 months or more (where permitted by applicable law), the date of renewal of the subscription.
Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdraw
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the Agreement.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Verifone Payments B.V., Singel 250, 2nd Floor, 1016AB Amsterdam; telephone number +31 880 000 008; email address: support@2checkout.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdraw form but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by email to: support@2checkout.com. In our experience, a withdrawal notification sent by email can be processed most efficiently.
We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the Agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the Agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal from this Agreement.
Exception to your Right to Withdraw
For some Products that are digital goods that are immediately made available by downloading or otherwise acquiring the benefit (including streaming) of the Product, you may be requested to consent to immediate performance of this Agreement at the time of download or first access. By doing so, you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or applicable transmission of the digital content has begun. If digital content is made available to you during such a withdrawal period for a Relevant Renewal but you have not expressly consented to such performance at the relevant time, you acknowledge that 2Checkout may deduct from your refund a proportion of the sums you have paid for the Products owing to such Relevant Renewal to take into account the period (number of days) during which you have acquired the benefit of the Digital Content (on a pro rata basis).

Ihre Nutzung der Produkte unterliegt dem Endbenutzer-Lizenzvertrag ("End User License Agreement", "EULA") oder den spezifischen Geschäftsbedingungen, die von unseren Partnern bereitgestellt werden und für die Nutzung der Produkte gelten, sowie den 2Checkout Geschäftsbedingungen, einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, der 2Checkout Datenschutzbestimmungen, in ihrer jeweils gültigen Version, werden zusammen als "Vertrag" bezeichnet werden.
Wir informieren Sie hiermit über Ihr Rücktrittsrecht für jeden Kauf von Produkten, den Sie über die Website von uns in Ihrer Eigenschaft als Verbraucher tätigen. Ein Verbraucher ist eine natürliche Person, die nicht im Rahmen einer wirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit (Handel, Geschäftsbetrieb, Handwerk oder eine freiberufliche Tätigkeit) handelt. Die Begriffe "Sie" und "Ihr" beziehen sich auf Sie persönlich, der als Verbraucher handelt.
Wenn Sie Ihren Wohnsitz im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum haben, gilt das Widerrufsrecht für jeden Kauf von Produkten wie folgt:
